Sailing and Fishing

Nutrient rich spring water, abundant bait fish, rocky shorelines, an 8 foot tidal range and varied depths to 60 feet make Oyster Bay and adjacent waterways some of the most productive fishing spots in the Western Long Island Sound.

For fly fishermen the uninterrupted shorelines and protected coves make fishing here a wonderful experience. The spring and fall run of stripers and the constant occupation of summertime bluefish means there is plenty of year-round action for all fishermen.
